ferdinand industriales ("we", "us") operates the ForgeGuard AI platform and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Contact: privacy@maintai.app.

• Usage and telemetry data: pages visited, features used, device identifiers, IP address.
• Support communications: messages and attachments you send us.

• Service providers / sub-processors (hosting, analytics, support tooling) under written agreements.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where strictly necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations. Account data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.
